Intelligent Control System​s

The INTELLIGENCE FM150W is an  Stand  Alone WiFi Web Server Freezer Monitoring/Alarm Module that gives an integrated system solution for monitoring freezers/refrigerator in the facility.  The module can be integrated with other INTELLIGENCE field modules through TCP/IP  Network Protocol for a wide range of facility monitoring/control function, such as; room temperature/humidity monitoring,  electrical sub metering or even turn facility equipment on and off  through a software configuration.

Inputs

The FM-150W provides one PT-100 input for monitoring real time freezers/refrigerators Temperatures, and one general propose contact input which can be used to monitor such as; freezer door status or power supply failure status, etc.

Alarm Notification

The FM150W provides a built-in LINE/Email Notification feature to notify the operator In case of the current temperature of the unit rises above or fall below the preset limit, freezer door left to be too long open or power supply failure.

Historical  Data  Record

The FM-150W provides a built-in SD card for recording the historical data up to 1 year  and the past temperatures with the time and date  can be automatically recorded and stored as a files and can be exported in a CSV or Excel format.

Cloud Based Real Time Monitoring

The FM-150W provides the remote monitoring feature that allows the user is able  to monitor Real time Freezer/Refrigerator temperature remotely over the mobile phone through IOT cloud based.
